Burnpur Hamara Sankalp Social Welfare Society, is a registered non-political, non-religious, non-profitable Social Welfare Society (NGO) established on 1st March 2020 and is based at Burnpur, West Bengal.
Hamara Sankalp is emerging as India's foremost non-governmental organization, focusing on education, skill development, and employment creation, with a mission to uplift the lives of countless underprivileged students by offering financial and intellectual support. The society consistently conducts various social welfare activities aimed at empowering impoverished women, persons with disabilities, and the elderly, fostering a life of dignity.
The flagship programs, Shikha Mein Sahayog Mission and Empowerment - From Skill Development to Employment Generation, are central to the society's vision. A unique education-based mission, launched in April 2021, aims to provide financial and teaching assistance to underprivileged students of rural and backward areas of India especially West Bengal, Bihar, UP and Jharkhand.

Education is the foundation of personal and societal growth. Through our Shiksha Mein Sahayog initiative, we aim to provide free and quality education to underprivileged students across West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Uttar Pradesh. We currently operate 48 Shiksha Mein Sahayog Centres and offer the following educational services to 6500+ underprivileged students.
With a target to cover 1000+ locations and support 200,000+ underprivileged students by 2028, we are working tirelessly to create lasting change.
Alongside education, we firmly believe in empowering women through skill-based training, enabling them to become financially independent. Our Empowerment Mission and Mission Stree Shakti focus on training women in:
