No, a Stree Shakti partner is not required to deposit any advance amount to obtain products.
Credit limits and durations are determined based on individual performance and company policies. Initially, a credit period of one week (7 days) will be provided for the products. Specific terms and conditions are communicated to partners during the enrolment process.
The weekly quota system defines the weekly credit limit on products and sets the minimum Empowerment or performance targets a Stree Shakti partner must achieve to remain active in the program. This system is subject to revision based on the partner's performance and is reset on a quarterly basis.
Remuneration or commission is calculated based on the Empowerment volume achieved and is disbursed on a weekly or monthly basis, as per company policy.
The commission rate varies depending on the product category and the level of Empowerment achieved. Details are provided to each partner during onboarding or training.
Stree Shakti partners can visit their designated Stree Shakti Office or the Empowerment Hub of Mission Stree Shakti to collect their weekly quota of products. The Maximum Retail Price (MRP) will be printed on the product along with its expiry date. However, the selling price of the products will be determined by the Stree Shakti Management and communicated to all Stree Shakti partners through their respective Team Leaders.

No, Stree Shakti partners will work as selling partners. However, once they are promoted to the position of Team Leader, they will receive additional monetary benefits for carrying out Team Leader responsibilities. These benefits will be over and above their Empowerment-related earnings.

However, if they have exceeded their Empowerment targets or have special requirements, they may be able to obtain products beyond their weekly quota, subject to approval from the Stree Shakti management.
