  1. Return Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • No returns for minor packaging variations or buyer’s change of mind.
  • Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic and video evidence.
  1. Return Process
  • Dealers must email hsempowerise@gmail.com with order details, images, and issue description.
  • Upon approval, products must be returned in original packaging, unused & sealed.
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by HS Best Masale only if the fault is on our end.
  1. Replacement & Refunds
  • Approved returns will be replaced with a fresh batch within 10-15 days.
  • In case of unavailability, a credit note or refund will be issued for future purchases.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any penalty.
  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
