Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
No returns for minor packaging variations or buyer’s change of mind.
Claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery with clear photographic and video evidence.
Return Process
Dealers must email

with order details, images, and issue description.
Upon approval, products must be returned in original packaging, unused & sealed.
Return shipping costs will be covered by HS Best Masale only if the fault is on our end.
Replacement & Refunds
Approved returns will be replaced with a fresh batch within 10-15 days.
In case of unavailability, a credit note or refund will be issued for future purchases.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before dispatch without any penalty.
Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
